Dr. Capen has been my doctor for several years. He's kind, compassionate and very thorough. The nurses and office staff are also very helpful.
Dr. Capen is a great doctor but communication and appointment delay times need to be addressed. I help oversee the care of a patient of Dr. Capen. We always call ahead for updates on appointment delays but still arrive to find he is 2 hours behind updated time. These extensive wait times are difficult, uncomfortable and often unbearable for patients, especially those in very poor health. Timely call backs are also rare and I am yet to have a staff member answer a call on their option filled and confusing answering system. Ra... read more
Is typically always a longer wait, make sure to always call ahead to make sure he’s on schedule. But the reason is he simply takes his time with all his patients and cares
Dr Capen takes the time to listen sometimes if he's behind you call and can get an estimate on what time you need to be there. He is worth the wait!! Not many doctors will treat multiple issues Dr Capen takes the time. Other doctors they make you come back .Best Family Dr Greenfield has.
