Brandon did a wonderful job for our family. We were facing having to sell our parents’ home that had not been remodeled since its purchase over 40 years ago. He gave us advice on what to do to get the house up to current market standards/trends and as soon as the remodel was complete, the house was listed. Brandon did a great job helping us position our property optimally in the market. He also helped us understand what to highlight to best attract buyers. Brandon did an excellent job helping my husband and I find a rental home as we were living out of state looking to move back home to Texas. He stuck with us through the whole process and kept us updated almost everyday until we got our signed lease for the rental house. He is great to work with through and through!
