Poor communication but has improved recently. Terrible move out charges. Terrible lease terms. 3yr lease with 3 month fee for early termination and you have to maintain utilities and property maintenance for them. This is one of thee WORST company’s to have manage your property. I literally have to call Gina 7 times a day to get in contact with someone and they never call back I literally can’t even get feedback on WHY my property that’s built in 2023 not being rented after 3 months??? I understand the market is different but I have to chase them to get feedback from a Tour on my property ?? I literally have to call 7 times a day (I kid you not) and these guys NEVER return calls! Horrible service lie and say you damage property so they can take your deposit and get owner free repairs. Old out dates homes with 1 bathroom charging $1400/mo.
