Moving in, from Tampa Bay, with no support from the facility whatsoever, I was forced to stand outside to sign lease through bankteller's style window. No one gave a tour of where the amenities are, or for that matter, even gave me a map to find my way around! If it weren't for my daughter I'd have been completely ignored. Gilda is probably one of the most miserable people I’ve ever had the disservice of talking to. She is a disgrace to customer care and I feel so bad for her colleagues whom must endure that disgusting behavior all day long. Please fire this woman. Or at least get her up to speed on proper office etiquette.

I've lived here for almost a year now. It's affordable, quiet neighborhood, convenient (happy there's a deli across the street), owners are professional and all issues are solved in a timely manner. I fully recommend.
