We just bought our Explorer in March with Steve, great customer service! We told him what we were looking for and he found it with a great deal! Highly recommend and would give them our future business. Got us new wheels at a great price and even filled it up and cleaned it before we headed out!

I was standing in Line at Walmart in Rapid City and the Young woman checking out my groceries seen my Scott Peterson jacket. She told me that her Salesman Joel Kaiser did a great job. She went on to say how well her and her husband were treated so well. She told me that they had been to some other dealerships and they were not treated well because they were young. Well Done Joel! You brought in Customers For Life!
Excellent service doesn't even begin to cover it! My car suddenly started blowing cold air through the floor vents as I was driving through South Dakota. I called Scott Peterson Motors of Sturgis, and Paul in the service department was able to squeeze me in on a moment's notice, look at my car, order and install a new cabin air filter, solve the problem and send me on my way within an hour, all on a 6 degree day in the middle of a snow storm!
I work in a place where customer service is everything and when I walk into a place I know immediately what kind of customer service I can expect. Scott Peterson motors has top notch customer service and friendly, welcoming staff. I purchased a 2017 Ford Edge and I could not be happier! Thank you Len, Justin and the guys in the shop who installed my remote start. I will totally recommend you!!
