We had an excellent experience with Scott, Laura, and Team Ostrode. They were easy to work with and helped us each step of the way. This was especially challenging as we overseas during the sale process. The team worked closely with us and helped us manage the details and work needed which we could not do. So... I live in a place where you can't blow through a stop sign without possibly running over 13 realtors. Needless to say... El Dorado Hills is SATURATED with people selling houses. But in my mind. There's only one couple that are forming relationships doing so. As a result the house buyin process is enjoyable, simple, fun, lacks stress and makes it exciting to buy your next home. I'm on my 3rd home with them and yes... there will be a fourth.

Scott Ostrode, I’m very perplexed as to why you responded yesterday to a negative review I left in January 2024, fifteen months ago, regarding what I saw as you and/or your employees “unusual” business practices. Also your explanation in your response really made no sense, considering you knew from talking to our realtor exactly why we pulled the full price offer on the property you were representing.
