Dr. Nielsen is an amazing surgeon! He helped my mom, husband and now my daughter. My daughter had a bad break and he worked her in to his very busy schedule. She needed surgery and he went out of his way to help us. Dr. Nielsen got her into surgery quickly and had to contact reps to get last minute supplies for her surgery. I had knee replacement surgery one on 5/24/23 and the second one 11/1/23. I decided on Dr Nielsen because he does robotics. Surgeries went well. His follow up care is extremely disappointing. He does not pay attention to details, is not prepared, never looking in his notes or in your file. Every appointment except for one you wait over an hour, with no apology. Did a hip and both knees. I was in agony prior to him.
Okay internet, the adventure in complete frustration continues. I tried Scott Nelson because he was a new surgeon who would hopefully be able to resolve this nightmare. He had me do an MRI to see if there was anything wrong. From the day that my MRI was done to the day that I heard anything from him was 1 week.
