Always a pleasant experience to vist your office, even if it's not a plesant dental experience. Staff is great. Even our kids enjoy their visits.
Dr. Nichols is always great and the staff. One thing I have noticed is that one of the receptionists has become very unfriendly to myself and my husband. Each visit or phone call, I feel she is annoyed by me. I realize I have lots of questions and the answer maybe apparent. I have been a patient for 8 years and I am very happy with the service from Dr. Nichols and his office staff, but as a receptionist, this is the first person you see when you enter and the last person when you leave.
