This thought did pass through my mind that day - the Ladies at the front desk could be a little bit more welcoming and friendly when you get there and when you leave. Maybe they were just really busy that day. Everything else was perfect!
I had an unscheduled visit with a tooth ache. Dr. Nickels saw me immediately (on off day) and sent me to get a root canal that same morning. I very much appreciate the quick response to a very painful problem.
You guys rock!!!! Not much I could suggest to make you a better office.
