Hygienist did an excellent job of understanding and taking care of issues (sensitive teeth and gums) She was thorough in explanations and gentle in reaching tough places. I give her a 10!
The entire staff is always so nice and accommodating. Considering the circumstances (going to the dentist) I couldn't ask for a better experience.
I never like the thought of going to a dentist, unless I'm already in some dental uncomfort, or maybe something negative that I might learn about my teeth, but I would NEVER avoid seeing Dr. Scott or Sarah. They are the best!!!
Quality staff; Professional, courteous, and competent. Honestly, a breath of fresh air compared to my other healthcare experiences in Nashville. Dr. Nickels is very pleasant. He takes the time to show you what he sees and explains his findings rather than rush you out to the front desk to schedule another appointment. The hygienist was thorough and polite. She was kind and did not belittle me for being an imperfect flosser. I’m glad Dr. Nickels is here serving his community. Thank you!
