I left Dr. McDermott's office feeling like he listened to my patient concerns carefully and then crafted a treatment plan that we both agreed upon. He asked me if all my questions were addressed before leaving the room, which I appreciated. I feel that his approach is slow and steady. We didn't jump right to surgery, which I appreciated.
