Jennifer Modglin was incredibly responsive, prompt, and made sure to provide solid advice to a first time home buyer without pressuring me to make any purchases. She made sure to make me aware of any problems a given property was going to create for my financing company, and helped make the process as smooth a transition as possible and made sure to follow up even after the sale to make sure everything went through properly.
We can't recommend Jennifer enough! She was incredibly responsive, always available to answer our questions, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her communication was clear, concise, and reassuring, which made the entire process of buying our new home so much easier. We looked at many houses until we found the perfect home!
