CNC Master is certainly entitled to his opinion although as a business owner I would appreciate that his opinions be based on facts. Such as the investment in 5 new computers and two software systems plus training. In addition to regular machine maintenance and repairs including the multiple service calls where the repairman could not find any problems with the machines the CNC Master said were malfunctioning. In my opinion this is NOT a good place to work. Everything is broke or worn out and the owner doesn't want to invest any money to fix anything. The health benefits he offers are so expensive that you'd spend you're entire months salary to pay for it. He promises raises but never gives them. He only cares about himself. The ceiling leaks like a sieve when it rains. The best thing for him to do is put a turn-style out front and charge $5.00 a head to let them tour a museum.
