Margaret ******* has not contacted me once in over a year in regards to getting us a reserved parking spot. If I could give imaginary negative stars I sure would. Things are reported and logged in the hierarchy of unhappy homeowners and their related grievances. If they have so many properties and they are charging us each at this 60 unit townhome complex, that's $300x60/month!. Each month to hire gardeners and put some nails in the fence. Every homeowner was notified when the decision was made by the board of directors five years ago and it has been published and listed in the Annual Disclosure ever since. This provides quite a cost savings for the community at large.
