The courteous and professional service I received at this appointment was the same consistent service I have been receiving from Dr. Scott Watanabe and his staff for the past 8 years. Renee who handles the insurance and co-pay details is excellent. From the first appointment I had to this one in October, Renee provides clear accounting of the charges and options on how to proceed. I have been an Arbor Dental Group patient for many years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else ! From the wonderful staff , Renee greets everyone upon arrival in such a friendly manner; I'm sure putting many of those nervous patients at ease. Ewww, Yuck – Average dentist, problem is they are always overcharging you for the work, despite insurance reimbursements. Are the business office people skimming the fat? Who knows, and who cares. If these Japanese are dumb enough to put the bill paying/insurance collecting person is charge of collecting from patients, they deserve their misfortune.
