Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. Dr. Milstein is outstanding. Caring and down to earth. His staff is friendly, and he always takes his time with his patients. He was very welcoming to me when I was new patient, especially after I had a negative experience at another physician. I would highly recommend him.
