The service rep, Tony, was great to work with and contacted the fabricating department to address my issue. Great service, great people.
Currently very disappointed..we’ve been clients of Scott Lees for years and have a service contract with them. It’s been nearly a month and we still don’t have a solution to our AC issue. After three weeks a sales man finally came out and said he’d get back to us in a week…well now our house is over 80° when it’s 120° outside
Overall I had a really good experience with this company. The salesperson Shaun was helpful, knowledgeable, & answered all of the questions I had. Johnny & the other Service Technicians were punctual, professional, hard working, & efficient. They cleaned up after themselves & provided a tutorial of the new equipment prior to leaving, which I greatly appreciated.
