2/25/25 Very quick response to a failed part in our furnace late on a Friday with single digit temps outside. Tech got the furnace going with repair but replacement part was needed. Part replacement scheduled for Monday morning. After hours call available but not needed. Part installed Monday morning. Knowledgeable and friendly techs. THANKS MUCH! The consult/install for my new HVAC was excellent! The person doing the consult was very knowledgeable and gave me his honest opinion on what system was best for my home. I also felt he didn’t upsell me on unneeded equipment but matched me with the right system. For the install, they were on time, extremely professional, and courteous. They also did a great job coordinating the install of both the HVAC and a new hot water heater. I highly recommend!
I wanted to have a Wi-Fi thermostat installed and I was told by another company that it was very difficult and quite expensive. Scott Lee had someone in my house promptly and it was a super easy install completely programmed and working beautifully. I was so satisfied with their service that I had an air scrubber added to my system a few days ago. I could not be happier with my decision to call Scott Lee.
