I have had three geothermal HVAC replacements over the years. This by far was the absolute best. Of the four estimates I got, Sean came in within my budget and didn't try to up sell me on anything like an additional heating unit. I didn't have to negotiate service contracts, because Scott Lee gives that standard. They even included a new service contract for my existing upstairs geothermal unit which I did not purchase from them. Not every company knows how to do geothermal correctly. The Technician arrived and assed my situation and immediately went to correcting the problem. I thanked him for not trying to sell me an entire new system when I didn't need one!
Service representative was friendly, showed up early for appointment and took the time to answer my questions and concerns.
The installer was extremely nice but I got a second opinion and received a replacement price 25% less expensive.
