I’ve been going here my whole life and they have always been helpful. Recently called because I needed a dental form completed and the front counter clerk was amazingly responsive and prompt about on helping me fix my issue.
My husband and I have known Scott since he went to work with his Uncle Don Burke. My husband just had his teeth pulled. When we went back for his follow up Scott sat and talked about all the great times the family had and still has together. We were greatly saddened when we walked into the Moose Lodge and saw Scott’s name on the board that he had passed. Love and prayers for him, his family and his family at Alcan Dental.
Dr. Scott Laudon placed a crown on one of my top molars when I was 13 and it was done poorly. His group, at the time, said if there was any failure in the tooth in less than a year, that they would re-crown it for free. Well I ended up needing a root canal and he argued about paying for the re-crowning. He finally redid it and it was sloppy. That same tooth has been re-crowned now 5 times. Dr. Laudon is the best! I've gone to a couple of other dentists and regretted it. Won't see anyone but Dr. Laudon from now on. Does great work and is very good at administering novocaine. His many years of experience show in his efficient, gentle work.
sloppy work, bad attitude and overall poor dental work. It was the most painful experience getting root canal i kept telling him i could feel it and he acted as if he was annoyed that i was feeling pain. the temporary kept falling off, while i waiting 2 weeks for a cap to come from Florida because he cant spend the money locally to have that stuff done. NOW I HAVE AN ABSCESS ON THAT VERY TOOTH, STAY AWAY
