Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Yes Did this provider have bad breath? No I've never had any complaints Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously
