I loved Dr Scott but left the practice based on the ladies at the front desk and the nurses. The people at the front desk set the tone and they were always rude every visit. Then the biggest hassle was the nurses could never fill out my pre authorization form for birth control. It was never correct and I had to go to another doctor and they completed it correctly the first time. I hated to leave Dr Scott but just couldn’t deal with their staff any longer.
She is amazing! Had really bad experiences in the past with other Doctors, finally found someone who listens and cares! Love her!
I love Dr. Scott & Dr. Puckett! However, not the call team/other staff in general. Their voicemail box is super long, it always goes to voicemail automatically, and they rarely call back after leaving multiple voicemails. It’s been really frustrating, especially recently. They also are not very friendly, minus the gynecologists themselves.
Dr Scott takes time to listen to concerns. She explains any tests or procedures that need done. I drive out of my way to see her
Dr Scott is fabulous. Amazing doctor amazing person.
