We have been going to see Dr. Scott for many years. We take our entire family there at least once a year. We even continue to come down to Chicago even though we live in the suburbs because Dr. Scott is so great with our kids. We have always experienced her to be kind and great at explaining things. I have had a lot of negative experiences with other dentists who recommend work I don't really need. In my experience, Dr. Scott has not steered me wrong. We look forward to seeing her for years to come.

Dr Scott was rude from the moment we first spoke. I was quite surprised that someone who is committed to helping others would be so discourteous to a patient. I would advise anyone who reads this to pursue all other options for treatment and dental care before visiting her practice. I hope this prevents others from sharing in my nightmare of an experience. Kindness can go far, Dr Scott.
