Scott is a lifesaver and I couldn’t recommend him more. I wasn’t having success with other counseling, but Scott’s method and kindness help my life get back on track. It wasn’t just sitting around and rehashing on old memories or problems, but he taught me techniques that truly helped me deal with what I was going through and how to deal with current and future stressful situations.
I would absolutely recommend Scott to anyone. His trauma therapy was incredibly helpful. I still use some of the techniques years later to help calm myself and figure out what is bothering me.
