I rented one their properties for a couple of years and would not recommend it. Before Michael Braddon responds to this saying I wasn't a real previous tenant, this is an alias. I've seen bad reviews mysteriously disappear over time and I hear he likes to threaten people to take them down, but if you read them you will see a pattern where the people who have good things to say are other resource hoarders who use them as property management, and all of the bad reviews come from tenants. If it was possible to leave zero stars or negative I would. This is the worst management company I’ve ever seen in my life. They broke so many of my tenant rights 1. Their property manager told me my safety concerns are subjective. Downplaying the situation 2. The property manager also told me my anxiety and mental health concerns were also subjective. 3.
