Worst front desk service ever. Would be better with a semi competent staff. Insane how poor the service from the front desk is. It almost feels like you’re on a prank show with how appalling the front desk woman is for absolutely no reason. Just clueless. Do better.
My 12 year old daughter was extremely apprehensive about her appointment due to the pain she had gone through with other doctors regarding her toe. Dr. Scott was awesome! He was very calm and didn't make her feel bad about being upset. He had soft music playing and engaged in conversation which was a good distraction. Needless to say, but I will say it anyway....she walked out with a smile on her face even though she did cry.
Very accommodating and nice professional!
