I just called and got the shittiest customer service over the phone a very impatient girl answered the phone it was just before 5 and on 4:59 she hang up on me and of course didnt call back. Is this doctor even aware that he has a really shifty staff?
Outstanding service from the entire office. Everyone is so helpful and cheerful. Dr. Hassell is a great doctor- He explains everything, answers any question, and his calm and confident demeanor inspire trust.
I would give 10 Stars if I could! And know, I’ve maybe left 5 reviews total over the past 10-15 years. I recently saw Dr Hassell for low t as well as some bladder incontinence problems I’ve been having. I’ve been to 2 other Urologists in the area but they rushed me out the door without explaining anything to me. Dr H is the first to actually STOP and explain- in very easy terminology, what was happening to me. The staff were good and he's very good about returning my calls! Be very careful with dr hassell and his colleagues. Make sure you ask questions and fully understand your treatment and care. I am having to reach out to lawyers because I have a foreign object in my body he won’t remove that I know is causing me issues. I have blood in my urine to the point that it looks like my urine is only blood and the pain is so bad I’m vomiting. Be very careful!!!
