Reported him to the bar for stealing my down payment and took the money but did not represent me at all as well as threatened me and told me to save my pennies. He was a poor excuse for an attorney to stoop so low to steal money from a mother of three kids. When I got to court I was pro se and he started helping my husband attorney in my divorce case. It is a lot of money that is true. He is a great custody and divorce attorney. He was honest and was there for me and I won my custody. He treated me like his family. I would highly recommend Scott. The only attorney who cared to fight for my case.
We hired Scott for a custody battle. We were going through an emotional time in are youthful ignorance. Every day of court Scott would tell the Judge that we would need to confer with the other party and then disappear to another case, charging us 8 hours for the day as well as charging the members of the other case he was working with. Looking through the paperwork, it stated in the fine print that this was a possibility but 6 times was rediculous.
