Dr Fertels is the best
The check-in process is easy. I was called to an exam room shortly after I checked in. The girl I had take my vitals and do an ekg was very nice. Dr Fertels came in and was his cheery self. He takes the time to listen to you and address your questions. He’s compassionate and caring. I definitely would recommend him.
Dr Fertels was very friendly and thorough in accessing my condition which was 9 days postopfor a triple bypass. Reviewed my meds and tweaked them a bit .
what stood out, was how personable knowledgeable & friendly, Dr. Fertels was and now he was able to recall the last time he saw me, which was 12 years ago.
Dr. Fertels is such a caring and concerned practioner. He explained in detail the results of recent lab tests and prescribed the appropriate course of action. He and his staff facilitated the imediate scheduling of a heart catherization. Dr. Fertels treated me like was his only patient and I'm so grateful. If you are looking for a Cardiologist-look no further.

Easy check in. Only about a 5 minute wait before I was called. The nurse verified all my info. She also hooked me up for an EKG. Dr. Fertels came in within minutes of her leaving. He discussed my lab reports and was very pleased with my progress. He is a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommended.
