Booked appointment by phone about 3 days in advance. Excellent pre-appointment communication via text reminders and website. Arrived a few minutes early and was taken exactly at the time of my appointment. Intake nurse was nice and knowledgeable. Doctor saw me within a couple minutes after nurse was done with screening. Removed one skin tag with the freeze gun thing. I think the whole appointment was less than 20 minutes. One of the best healthcare visits, from an administrative standpoint, that I have had.
As a Healthcare professional myself, I can not emphasize how much I would steer people away from this practice. Zero response on call back requests, zero response on med renewal requests, zero response period. Find someone else in your network that you can see. Not this guy. Furious. Seems to have been acquired by another practice and just dropped my daughter cold. Returned zero calls. No time for this. Changing to another practitioner.
