I started seeing Dr. Duke in Boca Raton for some old knee injuries that no-one has been able to treat properly. Each session lasts 1h to 1h30m, during which Dr. Duke performs different kinds of treatments and manipulations to improve alignment and flexibility, and reduce pain. I was a patient of Dr. Duke's for over 20 years in NYC, over that time - he's been my go to doctor for all of my sports injuries. On a recent trip to South Florida, I was lucky enough to get on his schedule and he worked his magic. WOW! It's been awhile and I needed the adjustment and ART work. Florida is lucky to have him. Travel to see him if you are getting mixed messages from other Dr's you're seeing. He's an athlete and will get you back to doing what you LOVE!
Not all doctors are created equal. This is the case with Dr Duke. This is one extremely talented and caring doctor. WOW!! All these years dealing with chronic pain. In just a few visits I can now use my right hand/wrist without intense pain. Simple functions are pain free now. Complete game changer!

Dr. Duke is my absolute FAVORITE "healer"—he truly has a gift! He has a strong background working with athletes of all types, as well as "regular" peeps. He is truly an amazing doctor that really gets to the root cause of your Injury and thoroughly understands the body and how to work through particular issues. He really helped my chronic knee and back issues and he has a great energy and cares about his patients getting better.
As a triathlete I put a tremendous amount of wear and tear on my body. Recently I was trying to recuperate from hamstring and knee injuries. I was referred to Dr. Duke by a very well respected trainer. I can only say he exceeded my expectations.. I have been treated by other Chiropractors in the past, but Dr. Duke was one of the best. Dr. Duke is a master. He cares and understands his athletes. I had some minor setbacks leading up to the NYC marathon and he got me to the start line healthy! Very grateful for Dr. Duke and his staff for taking care of me. I will also be going regularly to help prevent injuries in the future as I continue to train and compete at high level.
