Scott recently helped us purchase a home in Philadelphia. His straight forward, no-nonsense approach was appreciated as we saw a dozen or more homes in the region. One home that we were serious about putting an offer in had a legal issue that Scott thoroughly researched for us prior to our offer being submitted. We felt protected and well represented by Scott. He is also very easy to work, responsive, and understanding. If and when we ever sell, we will be selling with Scott. He is the best.

I recently sold a multi dwelling with Scott & found him to be professional and thoughtful in his advisement. At the day of the closing the buyer wanted to see pictures of the dwelling, confirming it was empty. Scott personally took those pictures and made sure to send them to the buyers agent so closing went smoothly.

Scott helped us sell our home very quickly. He was extremely hands on, constantly hosting open houses, showing the home. He was also very knowledgeable of the neighborhood. I’ve never experienced such great care when selling or buying a home!
