!!!BY FAR THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! Went in August 2023 for a cleaning appointment. I was in the office for over two and a half hours, never got my teeth cleaned, then was told I'd have to come back another day. May River billed my insurance for x rays (which were performed), and a comprehensive exam (which was not performed). I had been to four different offices for getting me set up Dentures I have to say that Mamu Arora was so great I could not believe that she had pulled like fourteen broken teeth and two full teeth so quickly I couldn’t believe that it could be so smooth and painlessly done am going into the office today for fitting my new teeth it’s been really fast I’m so lucky to have found signature smiles on Broadway Patt Witt
So insanely disappointed. I have been going to them for a couple of years now, spent over $10K with all my issues. Show up to my dental cleaning 10 minutes late and told they cannot see me today. Do you know how many times I have had to wait for them due to their morning staff meetings running over, the dentist dealing with another patient. I have been to that dentist office over 20 times in the past couple of years and have not been late. But one time I'm late and can't see me. No grace given to me at all. I had my first appointment today. This is a great Dental office. From the minute you walk thru the door until you leave you are treated with kindness and wonderful care. I highy reccomend!
I went there to replace a partial denture only as I explained several times. They insisted on taking x-rays and wasted $200 of my benefit, Then they pressured me to have a deep clean done which would have wasted $1200 of my $2000 benefit through insurance. Finally got the partial and the dentist couldn't fit it in. I also could not fit it. They said I would be fine and "come back if I need to"! This is not the place to have your dentures realigned. I told the dentist I had no problem with my top denture it was fine and the bottom denture was just starting to get a little loose and needed a miner adjustment. So I go with out dentures for 5 days, when I get them back I could not believe what they did, the top denture that I told her was fine was totally destroyed and the bottoms even worse. This is the most unprofessional and dreadful place to go to. If you need dentures stay away from here . Never in my life and trust me is been a long and satisfactory life with exception of my teeth I’ve seen people with the doctors title so unprofessional and incompetent as the doctor That suppose to help me and I end up moving to another z dental care without my dentures at the end of 9 months/9 months , no dentures and make you feel dirty because you had beth Teeth . OMG!! Run!! They were nice enough folks, but spend their time working up future plans for dental work for new patients. Mine was 4k for Invisalign, which I have had already!! Cha ching!! I sent my husband for a cleaning, and they not only did not clean his teeth, which is 100% covered under our Aetna Policy, but spent the entire time working up 4K worth of future dental care.
