Scott Fenner was referred to us by our realtor, Tom Speaks (another 5-star review). Scott was EXCELLENT in getting our loan approved. We had to wait due to a short sale we had in April 2013, the waiting period was 3 years (April 2016). Scott and Jessica got all of our documents in order and had our loan into underwriting right at the 3 year mark. We got the approval and closed about a week later (4/20/16).
