RecommendedYesterday I called the office and told them I had a loose crown and could I get an appointment soon. They said they could get me in at 1:30. So I went in and in a few minutes they removed the crown, sand blasted it and reset it and said I was good to go-no charge! I’ve been a patient for many years, but hadn’t been in for a year and a half and needed a cleaning and they told me they had a cancellation the next morning if I wanted to come in-so I did. Dr. Pastrell has been our family dentist for more than 20 years. My husband has had a few emergencies over the years and Dr. Pastrell always works us in, especially in an emergency. My husband ended up having a couple of teeth extracted and Dr. Pastrell called that night to make sure he was okay. I feel like he cares about my family. My husband is a dental phobe and he trusts Dr. Pastrell. Thank you!
My family and I have been going to Dr. Pastrell since 2004. My daughter had an unfortunate scooter accident and Dr. Pastrell saw her right away (the only dentist in town that would do that). He fixed her teeth even though he was very busy. Such a great heart. We have been seeing him ever since. The wonderful and witty banter between all the staff puts you at ease and makes you laugh.
