Futch Dental is the absolute BEST dental practice I've ever been to! Dr. Futch and his team are truly amazing! They are all so kind and helpful, not to mention very knowledgeable. They are always willing to answer questions and explain everything. Additionally, they offer a discount plan for uninsured individuals. You have to pay an annual amount for it, but it definitely helps with the costs of procedures in giving you a percentage off depending on which plan you decide to pay for, so it's worth it. My husband and I switched dentists due to insurance changes. What a wonderful staff, from the first greeting by Stephanie aka “Stefan”, David, office manager, Stephanie, dental assistant and Dr Futch. They all were friendly, professional and personable. Since both of us need more dental work, we look forward to visiting the Futch office in the near future.
I had an appointment yesterday for 4 fillings and a cleaning. Everything went smoothly, the doctor and assistant got my fillings done fast and talked me through the process. They got me suitably numb and I didn't feel any pain or discomfort throughout the procedure. Then I had a cleaning with my hygienist Esmeralda. I had a dental emergency with a broken tooth and subsequent infection. I was super grateful for a same day appointment at Dr. Futch's to accommodate. I had to go to urgent care for my tooth abscess for possible IV antibiotics (as I am immune compromised) but was not offered oral antibiotics at the dentist. I had my initial oral exam and a single X-ray of my broken tooth (billed at $154) and a follow up appointment for a comprehensive exam and full set of X-rays ($321). Wonderful wonderful experience from start to finish, prompt message return with both voicemail and text, fit me in quickly, short wait, thorough attention, thoughtful solutions and reasonable costs. It's hard to find a organizations that hold up across the board but Futch Dental did that today. It is very much appreciated!
