What an absolute joke of a dealership. From the moment we were greeted I knew that we would not be purchasing a vehicle here. Very shady place of business, you can for sure tell that there is something illegal going on with management and the sales staff. Witnessed the so called owner cussing out a employee to the point she was in tears. Nothing has changed at this store, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRUST ME THIS PLACE IS AS BAD NOW AS IT HAS EVER BEEN. We'll I purchased a truck used and knew it was possible that it would have issues but thought they would take care of it. I dropped my truck off because it wouldn't take fuel and the gas pump would just stop and if it took gas it would take 30 minutes to fill up. Here lies the issue they said they fixed it and didn't and issue comes back and I dropped it off and now they say it's gonna be $1,000.00 to make the repair. Salesman was super nice. I purchased a jeep wrangler site unseen they said jeep would be in in less than a week. I still haven't seen my jeep and they don't even have it. They have already sold my trade in. I will never buy from them again.

Worse Expierience ever dealing with This Car lot,I signed papers and waited a week for a truck they never brought in then they were so greedy wouldn't come off the price of a 19 to get my payment right,It was during the time my dad passed away I went through this and was devastated when the truck they promised never was brought in,Good thing I didnt leave my truck I was trading like they wanted me too and drive a loaner good lord only knows what would have happened,I hope I can reach as many people as possible to share my st... read more

A very nefarious and dishonest company, They scammed us for an unnecessary warranty, did not honor they salesman's statements and sold us worthless GAP insurance, when we filed a claim on the GAP insurance the company they used, Dealer motor services denied our claim saying they charged us too much for the vehicle. At the time the salesman told us because it was a "managers special" it was priced so low that in order for them to make money we had to take the warranty (which of course was worthless). Sorry, 1 star is way too good!! My husband traded his truck for a used truck at Scott Evans Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, & Ram in Carrollton, GA. His 45 day temporary tag expired yesterday. Since he is working in GA, we made a special trip to Berkeley County, South Carolina where we live to take care of paying the taxes and getting his new tag. We paid the taxes and then headed to the Department of Motor Vehicles where we were told that the Scott Evans Dealership had not finished the paperwork and we were unable to get our tag.
