SERVICE **** REVIEW: This is a VERY short synopsis of my experience. I took my '21 vehicle, purchased new from Scott Evans, in for an oil change, tire rotation and oil leak. Supposedly the leak was fixed. Got it home and it still leaked. **** said "it could just be residual oil". 1) it leaked enough to get the drops on a short video, which the tech would have noticed if he'd checked his work 2) do their techs not clean the area they work on so "residual" isn't a thing? They are still serving a van that I bought on 1/13/24. I drove it for 20 minutes before it broke down, yet they are expecting a payment. Today is 2/19/24. Yet they wont allow me to close out or swap vans. I need help!
Horrible place.horrible people horrible owners.i will never return to thos place and I don't recommend anyone else does either.they hide thousands of dollars in fees and hidden charges like uci and dynamic glass.the owner yells and talks to the salesmen like dogs and it's just very unprofessionsal.i hate being lied to and stolen from. Two thumbs down.
My wife and I bought a used car for our daughter.We were assured the the did not have any issues.Before we commented to buying this vehicle we noticed that the muffler was making a loud noise and was assured by our salesman that it would be fixed, we left the car there for two days and we were told it was an aftermarket muffler and not to worry. The staff here is unfriendly and half of their mechanics/workers seem as if they are strung out on drugs. I believe things like this trickle down from management due to lack of accountability/responsibility at this dealership.
If i could leave less I would after I leave this review I'm going to Better Business Bureau website and complaining about the lies the service Manger is telling me the screwed up my intake stripped two bolts and cracked the front of it and they. Said I'll get u another one but guess what no word from them in almost 3weeks spent almost 4000$ to get my car fixed and they str8 did a horrible job left brackets loose missing bolts and a stud off another bracket. Do your self a favor go somewhere else
As a former employee Id like to shed light on the mistreatment and constant disrespect I experienced while working here. This is a terrible work environment and half the management is to blame. No matter how nominal a situation may be disrespect should never be the answer. Im being painted as a lazy disrespectful person when Im the complete opposite. 30 min drive from my house. I arrived at SCOTT EVANS DCJ. I have a dodge ram 3500. I took the truck to this place because my regular mechanic was short handed. The truck had an oil pan gasket leak. But after dropping the truck off for that repair the mechanic finds other issues such as a bad fan clutch also a bad tensioner and front cover leaking. Vehicle was brought into our establishment on 10/12/21 for a oil leak repair that someone else had diagnosed. Upon inspection found that vehicle had more things leaking oil(front crankshaft oil seal). We quoted this to customer upon inspection and he purchased repair, upon repairing we had found fan clutch had been installed incorrectly causing damage upon replacing, customer when contacted didnt believe parts we removed from his truck were actually his parts, so he came up here to inspect for himself.
