Grace has been a absolute god send getting my mower back up and running. I bought a brand new ariens push mower from menards (my mistake), after several short cuts it blew out the front of the case. Scotts didn't sell me the mower and it really wasn't their job to fix it. But they worked the warranty with Briggs and have given me updates throughout the entire process of the repair. My next mower will be 100% bought from Scotts as it's a exceptional business and the service to the area is appreciated! Great people, great serv... read more
