Awsome people they always got what you need and fast
We love our Bad Boy zero turn mower but the service department is really lacking. Needed service for a seat that was still under warranty. Said it would be picked up on a specific date, never showed up for it and never called to communicate. 3 week turn around to fix it and we had to call to inquire on any updates. Finally done and said it would be dropped off on a specific date, never showed up and never communicated.
