SEP is a rip-off. Plumbing tech told me clearing a kitchen blockage could possibly take 2 hours, and, if so, the price would be $235.00. The job took only 1 hour, but SEP charged me $235.00 because the job COULD HAVE taken 2 hours. Deceptive pricing practice!!!! Gary M
