Van Aman placed an inter medullary nail in my tibia in 2017. I have never had such a miserable experience in my life. I went back to him at least five times complaining of pain and swelling in my leg and my concerns were dismissed each and every time. As it turned out, I had several blood clots in my leg from being in a gigantic cast for two weeks and that is what was causing the pain and swelling. He explained the problem in my ankle and how it could be treated well. I didn't feel like he was rushed to get out of the room.
The office is very organized and runs smoothly. Hardly any wait time. Dr Van Aman is personable and professional and explained my diagnosis and answered all questions in easy to understand terms. I will let you know about his abilities as a surgeon after my recovery.
