I wouldn't go anywhere else
Dr. Scott Pouyat listened to my needs regarding contacts. I moved to a windier and warmer climate...I'm retired and doing a lot of ocean activities. My eyes started to bother me...I'm in Lake Zurich for the summers and I visited Dr. Scott Pouyat with my concerns of dry burning eyes....he recommended a new contact in which I was eager yet nervous to try... but he was right! Problem Solved! Thank you! 🌴👍🏻
I ordered glasses and was told it would take 2 weeks for the glasses to be delivered. I called 2 days earlier as I was truly struggling without my glasses and asked for the status. I was promised that they would check and get back to me the following day. Well, they didn’t care to call me the following day or the next day. When I called back on the day the glasses were supposed to be ready, I was told it would take “a few more days “. Very disappointing, definitely won’t be ordering any more glasses from them
