Everything was fine and very thorough!
The staff are always friendly and professional. They are very welcoming
The staff is rude! The front desk is not very nice, they got upset because I didn’t now my PCP’s first name. It’s like you have a computer look her name up it’s not that hard. I work for a doctor and I do that all the time for patients. The tech that was working me up got upset because I was wearing contact lenses I told her they do come out it’s not a big deal. Little wait time. Very professional staff who keeps me informed. Great location.
I will do this idiotic rating one time, and one time only. Dr. Pendergast is an outstanding Dr. I like and trust him. I'll let you know if that changes. Until that unlikely event happens, leave me the F alone.
