Unprofessional and Dishonest! I went for an evaluation with two insurances, and no one informed me they were out of network. The dentist offered to do the procedure on the spot, and I agreed, assuming they were covered. When I later called to discuss the issue, the front desk rudely hung up on me and refused to talk. Terrible communication and customer service—avoid this place!
After a terrible experience with an "implant specialist", I found another dentist who then referred me to Dr. Erikson and thank God he did. I would have never known just how shoddy the workmanship I had was had I not been referred. Dr. Erikson was straight forward and thorough in his explanation of the condition of my implants, which I truly appreciate, and the absolute painless surgery he performed was the icing on the cake.
