I’ve been seeing Dr. Scott Cordes for approximately 30+ years. He has always taken his time and explains everything in a way I always understand. I have never left his office with unanswered questions. Dr. Cordes is very kind and easy to talk with. He had replaced my left knee 24 years ago and I’ve never had pain since. I’m now 74 and will be meeting with him soon to discuss knee replacement on my right knee. I have all the confidence in the world in Dr. Scott Cordes.
Dr. Cordes performed an emergency surgery on me for "displaced subtrochanteric fracture of left femur" (basically a broken hip) at Skokie Northshore hospital after being hit by a car on a bicycle in late September 2019. I remember his bedside manner being excellent. The doctors gave me a bleak diagnosis of six months recovery time at best. Needless to say, whatever Dr. Cordes did in his surgery, I recovered much, much faster than expected. This is long overdue I'm not internet savvy. I do want to say though he is the best ortho doctor there is. He's kind has a tremendous patient to doctor relationship. I can't say enough. I'd would be writing all day. Thank you Dr Cordess. Oh this is C. Peeples Also whoever rated him low is nuts it's your opinion we're all entitle to one, but if you want an extraordinary doctor HE'S THE MAN!
