If I could give 0 stars I would.. been on the waiting list for months and was conned into doing mental health here instead of secure based where I was going because it would "help get me a caseworker" I got my rule 79 done but had been at the "top of the waiting list" since at least early December and the wait for the top of the list was another 3 to 6 months and I did not need to be seen by a Scott county mental health provider to receive case management. I would have been better off staying with my previous provider. Not t... read more

My child was referred from her school. We were on a waiting list for 6 months. The licensed social worker/therapist we were assigned to by the name of Jutone Lajoie is horrible. My daughter is nothing but another case load, another number. This woman does not give two cents about my child. In a one month time span she has met with my daughter online ONCE. She’s suppose to meet with her weekly. She was rude, snippy and made my daughter feel extremely uncomfortable. The one time she met with my daughter online after she insult... read more

I cannot express how negative my experience with Mental Health Case Management intake personnel Sue Marquardt was. She was incredibly unprofessional. She forgot my name and called me by a different name as I was speaking to her. It's evident she does not keep good records because I have had to have the same conversation with her several times. She even sent me a letter (which she would not have had to do if she listened during our conversations) that was riddled with spelling and grammatical errors. I can not imagine having ... read more

I had the worst family therapy session with Duncan Anderson. I would not reccomend him to anyone. While dealing with infedelity in my relationship and contemplating leaving the relationship, It was suggested that I talk to my own therapist since I was still upset a week later after their relationship supposedly ended. I was seeing a family therapist to see if the relationship was salvageable. I felt dismissed and wrong for having trouble dealing with the ongoing relationship of my partner with another woman. I felt worse aft... read more
