Customer service is a lost art! But... you find it here STILL! I stopped to ask about having a watch repaired. Didn’t purchase it there in fact never been in before but shop is on square of my town. Owner said no problem can you wait I’ll do it now! I didn’t have time to wait so I left it. Wife went back next day to pick up. No charge they said they also offered and cleaned all her rings we didn’t buy there. Well congrats that’s best advertising bc I’ll be customer for life noW!!!!

I own a watch collection and I have taken everything from broken pocket watches to a 15 year old wrist watch in for them to look at and they are always professional, fast and accurate with the service. The price was always less than expected and most importantly they communicate with me during the process. I have referred friends their for various things and all had a great experience as well. Definitely recommend!
