RecommendedI took my son to Scott Clarke to purchase his first new vehicle. Are salesmen Adrian was patient understanding and listened to what my son wanted. Scott Clark fell short in satisfying me. I sold myself the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered in the same poor condition that I found it in on the lot and the manger's make up attempt fell short. Also the call back to see if I was satisfied fell upon deaf ears because the promise to have someone call me back never happened.
I had a truly exceptional experience buying my Pathfinder today and it started before I even arrived. My salesman was Adrian. I had scheduled a test drive for one vehicle and he called me back and told me about a similar car that would be a better fit for my use and less expensive! Once there, he made everything so easy and comfortable! I was driving home in my new car within a couple hours of arriving. Not your "typical" car dealership experience at all!
