Worst costumer service I have ever experienced.
Mohamed was a very great salesman. I initially came in just to get an oil change, and he started a simple conversation while I was waiting and asked if I thought about getting a new car. While I was waiting for my car to get finished, he and I looked at the car he suggested (2018 Sentra) and we discussed my budget and he didn’t make me feel pressured to make any commitments. No one talks to you in service and when they do it sounds scripted. Buyers beware as they do not perform all services that they charge you for and act like you don’t know what is going on. Unfortunately for them I know my cars inside and out. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know to avoid them. Such a shame as this is the closest dealer to me. I have owned 14 Nissan’s so far and hope they fix some of their dealerships such as this one. SUCK IT!!!
