Scott did a great job helping us thru the sale of our house. He went above and beyond in a couple situations and since we were not present at the house at the time this coordination and effort was greatly appreciated. Would definitely use him again.
Scott and Cindy were extremely helpful through this whole process. I really had no idea how to do any of this. They have people on their team to make repairs on the house, while preparing to sell. It was extremely helpful. I would recommend them highly.
Scott was fantastic. He must have shown us 8 or 9 houses, and several multiple times as we tried to find the right home for our retirement. Then he helped us negotiate a great price, and helped us find local vendors for landscaping and minor repairs to get the place how we needed it before we moved in. He knows the Villages and we highly recommend him if you are moving here
