I have never felt so disrespected. My appointment time was changed by from 2:15 to 2:45 and then when I was on the way out there I got a call that he was running another hour behind which would have put me at 3:45. I have been. A long time customer only getting haircuts but I suppose that color brings in more of the almighty dollar. Just saying that I found a young lady at great clips that have me a fantastic cut for a third of the price. I am so done with you Scott
