First of all, let me say, I am not one to do reviews. But this just crawled all over me. Dr.Burlison sent me in for an MRI. They scheduled me for an appointment an appointment available in Mount Pleasant. It was about five minutes later they called back and said that they couldn’t do that Because there were no nurses for the nurse practitioner so they scheduled me to go to Tyler which is a 2 Hour drive. Very good Dr. Makes you feel at ease. I had no pain from my injection. The whole team was great
I was a new patient with Dr. Burlison. My GPS was not functioning properly, thus I had trouble locating the office and I was almost 20 minutes late for my appointment.Dr. Burlison was patient and understanding, while also ensuring that I understood that such was not to be the norm. All staff were friendly and personable.
